We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the item does not suit you, you may exercise your right to cancel the purchase in accordance with current Latvian law.

The item must be returned in good condition. You may inspect it and test its features to the extent necessary to evaluate it, just as you would in a regular store.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon with the seller.
We will refund the amount paid within the timeframe established by law—no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your cancellation. The refund may be suspended until we receive the returned item or receive confirmation of its shipment, whichever occurs first.
The right to cancel a purchase within 14 days does not apply to goods made to order or personalized at the buyer’s request, provided that the relevant exception under the law applies.
