1.1. These terms and conditions govern the purchase of goods from the ANP-Rotas online store, available at https://anp-rotas.lv
1.2. Information About the Seller
The seller is an individual registered in the Republic of Latvia as a business entity.
First Name, Last Name: Anatolii Polietaiev
Business registration number: 328602-62577
Business address: Latvia, Bauska Municipality, Īslīce Parish, “Salas 2” - 3, LV-3914

1.3. A buyer is a person aged 18 or over who purchases goods from the ANP-Rotas online shop for personal, family or domestic needs and purposes not related to any business or professional activity.
1.4. The online store offers handmade items, ready-made products, and products that can be manufactured or customized according to the buyer’s individual order.
1.5. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and provided all information necessary to fulfill the order.
1.6. Information about the product, its main characteristics, price, and available options is provided in the corresponding product listing. The customer must review this information before placing an order.
1.7. All prices are listed in euros (EUR).
1.8. Since the products are handmade, there may be minor differences between individual items in shade, material texture, the placement of decorative elements, and other design features. The images on the website are intended to illustrate the product but may not fully reflect all the characteristics of a specific item.
Such differences do not limit the buyer’s legal rights in the event that the product does not conform to the description, sample, or agreed-upon specifications.
1.9. Some products may be personalized at the buyer’s request, for example, by adding a name, inscription, date, or other custom element. Available personalization options are specified in the product description or agreed upon separately with the buyer.
1.10. The seller reserves the right to change the product range, prices, and product descriptions. Such changes do not apply to contracts already concluded, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in accordance with the law.
1.11. These terms and conditions apply to consumer buyers and, where applicable, to other buyers. Mandatory consumer rights provided for by Latvian law and applicable European Union regulations may not be restricted by these terms and conditions.
2.1. Payment for an order is made via the electronic payment methods available in the online store at the time of purchase.
2.2. The following payment methods may be available to the buyer:
credit card;
via Apple Pay;
via Google Pay;
bank transfer via an automated payment system that allows the payment to be initiated from the buyer’s account.
The payment methods actually available are displayed during the checkout process.
2.3. The payment is processed by the relevant payment provider or bank. The seller does not receive or store the buyer’s full credit card information, unless otherwise provided for by the payment system used and applicable security requirements.
2.4. The order is considered paid once the relevant payment system or bank confirms that the payment was successfully processed.
2.5. If the payment was not successfully completed or confirmed, the seller has the right to contact the buyer to clarify the payment status. Until payment is confirmed, the order may not be processed.
2.6. After placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation sent to the specified email address. Payment confirmation and order status information are provided in accordance with the capabilities of the system used.
2.7. The total order amount includes the cost of the selected items and shipping, as well as any other applicable charges, if provided for in the terms of purchase. Before the order is confirmed, the buyer is provided with information regarding the total amount due.
2.8. If payment has been made but the order cannot be fulfilled, the seller will notify the buyer and refund the funds received in accordance with Section 5 of these rules and applicable law.
3.1. Orders are delivered by Omniva within its service area.
3.2. When placing an order, the buyer selects one of the available delivery methods:
To an Omniva parcel locker. The buyer selects an available parcel locker from the provided list.
By courier to an address. The customer specifies the address to which the order should be delivered.
The availability of a specific delivery method depends on the destination country and the delivery service’s capabilities.
3.3. After the order is shipped, the customer receives an email with a package tracking code. Using this code, the customer can track the package’s progress in the Omniva system.
3.4. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination country, and other applicable conditions. The cost and available options are displayed during checkout or communicated to the buyer before the contract is concluded.
3.5. Delivery time depends on the destination country, the selected delivery method, and the delivery service’s operations. If a specific delivery time is indicated when placing the order, the agreed-upon time applies. In all other cases, the timeframes established by law apply.
3.6. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the contact information, delivery address, and selected parcel locker. If an error is discovered, the buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible.
3.7. The Buyer is obligated to receive the package in accordance with the delivery service’s instructions and its established storage periods. If the package is not received or is returned to the Seller, the parties shall agree on further actions, taking into account the reasons for the return and applicable legal requirements.
3.8. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, and other mandatory charges of the destination country may apply. If such charges are not included in the order price, the buyer may be required to pay them in accordance with the laws of the destination country. Available information regarding these costs must be provided to the buyer prior to placing the order, to the extent possible.
3.9. The seller is not liable for delays arising from causes beyond its control; however, such circumstances do not relieve the seller of its obligations to the buyer as provided by law.
3.10. If the goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, the buyer has the right to contact the seller to clarify the circumstances. In the event of a significant delay, the buyer’s rights under applicable law apply, including the right to terminate the contract in cases provided for by law.
4.1. A consumer buyer who has entered into a contract remotely has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods without providing a reason, unless an exception is provided for by law.
4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send the seller an unambiguous notice of their decision within the specified time limit. The notice may be sent by email to: contact@anp-rotas.lv
4.3. It is recommended that the notice include the buyer’s name, order number, product name, and contact information.
4.4. After sending the notice, the buyer is required to return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the notice, unless otherwise provided by law.
4.5. The buyer bears the direct costs of return shipping unless the seller has agreed to cover them and unless otherwise provided by law.
4.6. The buyer has the right to inspect the goods and test their properties to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. If handling of the goods goes beyond the scope of such inspection and results in a reduction in their value, the buyer may be liable for the corresponding reduction in cases provided for by law.
4.7. Special Provisions for Returning Handcrafted Items
The mere fact that a product is handmade does not preclude the buyer’s right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. For finished handmade products, the general rules of distance selling apply unless an exception established by law applies.
4.8. Custom-Made and Personalized Goods
The right to cancel the contract does not apply to goods made to the buyer’s individual specifications or having clearly personalized characteristics, provided such goods fall under an exception provided for by law.
Such goods may include items featuring individually selected text, a name, a date, an image, or other personal elements, made specifically for the buyer.
The exception applies based on the specific characteristics of the order. It does not automatically apply to all handmade goods and does not deprive the buyer of their legal rights regarding defective items or those that do not conform to the order.
4.9. Defective Goods and Non-Conformity with the Order
If the buyer has received a damaged item, a defective item, or an item that does not match the agreed-upon order, they have the right to file a claim with the seller.
It is recommended that the complaint include the order number, a description of the problem, and photographs, if possible. The seller will review the complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The buyer’s legal rights regarding the conformity of the goods to the contract remain unaffected by the right to cancel the purchase.
5.1. Upon a valid withdrawal from a distance contract, the seller shall refund the payments received to the buyer in the manner and within the timeframes provided by law.
5.2. The refund includes the cost of the goods and the cost of standard shipping paid at the time of ordering. Additional costs incurred as a result of the buyer choosing a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard option may not be reimbursed in cases provided for by law.
5.3. Funds will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the seller receives notice of withdrawal from the contract, unless otherwise provided by law.
5.4. When selling goods, the seller has the right to suspend the refund until the goods are returned or until the buyer provides proof of shipment—whichever occurs first.
5.5. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used by the buyer at the time of purchase, unless the parties have agreed otherwise and the selected method complies with the law.
If the order was paid for by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or via automated bank transfer, the refund will be processed through the corresponding payment system or by another agreed-upon lawful method.
5.6. If the return is due to a defect in the product, a discrepancy with the order, or a breach of obligations by the seller, the applicable legal remedies and time limits established by law shall apply.
5.7. If an order is canceled before shipment and before the goods are transferred to the buyer, a refund will be issued without undue delay in accordance with the circumstances of the cancellation and the requirements of the law.
5.8. A refund does not limit the buyer’s other legal rights.
6.1. If the buyer wishes to cancel an order before it is shipped, they must contact the seller as soon as possible via email at contact@anp-rotas.lv, specifying the order number.
6.2. If the order has not yet been shipped, the seller will verify whether it can be canceled and notify the buyer of the result.
6.3. If the goods have already been handed over to the delivery service, canceling the order may not be technically possible. In such a case, the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the distance contract in accordance with Section 4, if such a right applies.
6.4. If the order involves customization or the manufacture of a product according to the buyer’s individual specifications, the possibility of cancellation depends on the stage of order fulfillment and applicable legal provisions.
6.5. The exception provided by law for certain custom-made or personalized goods applies to the right to withdraw from the contract and does not automatically release the seller from its obligations to fulfill the order.
6.6. If an order cannot be fulfilled for reasons attributable to the seller—for example, due to a lack of stock or the inability to manufacture the agreed-upon product—the seller shall inform the buyer and agree on further steps. If the contract is terminated and payment has already been made, the funds will be refunded in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.
6.7. The seller shall not impose a penalty for the consumer’s exercise of their legal right to cancel a distance contract.
7.1. If questions, claims, or disputes arise, the buyer is advised to first contact the seller via email at contact@anp-rotas.lv.
7.2. The inquiry should include the order number, a description of the circumstances, and a statement of the desired resolution. If necessary, the buyer may attach photographs, proof of payment, correspondence, or other relevant materials.
7.3. The seller will review the inquiry and provide a response within the timeframe established by applicable law. The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes through negotiation.
7.4. If the dispute cannot be resolved directly with the seller, the consumer has the right to contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Center (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, PTAC) or use other available dispute resolution methods.
PTAC’s official website: https://www.ptac.gov.lv/
7.5. In the case of cross-border disputes between a consumer and a seller from another European Union country, the buyer may also seek advice from the European Consumer Center in Latvia (ECC Latvia), provided the dispute falls within its jurisdiction.
7.6. The buyer has the right to file a claim with the competent consumer dispute resolution commission, provided the conditions prescribed by law are met, or to file a lawsuit in court in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
7.7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the relevant regulations of the European Union. The choice of applicable law does not deprive the consumer of any mandatory protections afforded to them by the law applicable to their contract.
7.8. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory provisions of law, the mandatory provisions of law shall prevail.
